Plain-English public-site guardrails.

Last updated July 18, 2026. This page describes how the public FlexWorx website is intended to be used and what it does—and does not—collect.

Investor notice

This website is for general informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities. FlexWorx does not accept investment funds, subscriptions, or binding commitments through this website.

Any securities offering, if pursued, would be made only through definitive offering materials approved by FlexWorx and its counsel, and only in compliance with applicable federal and state securities laws.

Forward-looking information

Financial figures, allocation examples, market rollout plans, operating assumptions, and EBITDA scenarios are illustrative planning materials. They are not historical results, promises, guarantees, or forecasts of future performance.

Actual results may differ materially as FlexWorx tests demand, pricing, operator adoption, implementation costs, and regulatory or market conditions.

Advertising and claims

The site is designed to describe a business concept and fundraising thesis. Objective claims should be supported by current business plan materials, pilot data when available, or other reasonable substantiation before use in sales, investor, or paid advertising channels.

Privacy

This website does not include account registration, payment checkout, embedded analytics, tracking pixels, or a lead-capture form. If you use an email link, the information you choose to send is processed by your email provider and received by FlexWorx for the purpose of responding to your message.

The hosting stack may process standard operational logs such as IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, and error data for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and availability.

Cookies

If the investor preview access gate is enabled, the site sets one strictly necessary access cookie after a correct passcode. The cookie is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, lasts up to seven days, and is marked Secure when served behind HTTPS.

The site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

Security posture

The production deployment is intended to run behind HTTPS, host nginx, Docker Compose restart policies, a local-only application bind address, and conservative browser security headers. No payment card data, access-control credentials, or member roster data should be entered into this website.
